1995 •
"K" line (Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd) Freight Analyst; Pacific Southwest & Asia / Mexico Training Officer. Providing essential logistics support and information to clients purchasing shipping services. Analyse current rates and quote accordingly. Also responsible for training the Mexico City location on the use of their new computer interface system.
1997 •
PerryVidex LLC. Staff Director, in charge of Latin American & Asia Business Development. Focussed on "used" machinery appraisals, purchases, sales and logistics for the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing industries.
2008 •
Available Papermill Equipment (AVPLLC). Consulting, Buying & Reselling of USED MACHINERY in Cooperation with PAPERMILL SURPLUS (Michael Kauffman) of Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. Focussed on "used" machinery sales of process machinery for the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing industries.
2015 •
Official launch: New Machinery From China LLC (NMFC, LLC). An American company with a representative branch office in Nanning, China dedicated to consulting the paper industry at large. including quality assurances services for NEW PROCESS machinery purchased from the Peoples Republic of China. This company is an expansion of AVPLLC.

Víctor Rosa
CEO & Managing Director
Victor Rosa brings nearly four decades of professional experience to NMFC, LLC in the pulp, paper, and tissue manufacturing sector. He also manages the USA based AVPLLC (Available Papermill) used machinery division in partnership with PIDA (Paper Industry Dealers Association) an international organisation of independent machine brokers and dealers in the used (second-hand) machinery industry.

Luo Wen (Rowan)
President & CFO
ROWAN is our newly appointed President and Chief Financial Officer. She is in charge of all of our Chinese branch operations and also coordinates for the same. She is also responsible for all invoicing and accounting matters and outbound logistics. She is an excellent liaison handling ALL of our Chinese Supplier Relations and NMFC client itineraries when they choose to visit China. There is no better person to help you navigate in China or look after the management of your projects.

Liang Zhijiing (Halley)
Executive VP; Logistics
Halley has been with NMFC since the spring of 2019. In April 2025, she advanced to the position of Executive Vice President, responsible for all managerial oversight of our Chinese operation. She is also responsible for providing operational oversight in China, including logistics, onsite factory (QC) quality assurance inspections, client visits to China, and delivery of export documentation for our numerous global accounts.

Sara Rosa
Dir of Business Development
While SARA ROSA may be our newest member, who joined us in 2024, she is no stranger to our industry. She began helping her dad (Victor Rosa) conduct paper machine inventories at the age of 12! Under the mentorship of both Victor Rosa and Rowan, she will focus her training on marketing duties for the company, with an emphasis on New Business Development within North America and Latin America.
